In the dark days of the civil war Zwingli tried to make a covenant with Luther and his followers. On the most items they agreed, but on one point they were totally different. Luther teached the consubstantiation, the body of Jesus Christ is actually present in the bread and also in the wine. in this Zwingli did (fortunately) not agree with Luther. Christ is not on earth anymore. The Holy Sacrament is a memorial meal.
